So I have my setup complete. I have tested it and everything is working well. My only problem is that the air bubble intake near the top of the jet is not sucking air through it. So there are no bubbles coming from the jet head. Is there anything anyone can suggest to allow the bubbles?

I can see water inside the air lines. And I have tried blowing it out. But it still won't suck up the air bubbles.

here is the picture where you can see the water in the line.

The powerheads are probably too far below the surface to pull air down that low.
Run tubing from an air pump into the tank and attach an airstone. Bury the airstone below the the powerhead outlet. The bubbles will rise until they hit the outflow and then be shot accross the tank, creating the same effect you are looking for.
Using this method will also not reduce the water pumping output of the powerhead like using the venturi feature will.

what about if i attached the airhead lines directly to those jetheads where the line goes in? i might try that real quick. thanks for the suggestion.

awesome jim. i just fed the 60 airpump into both jet heads and there are bubbles galore!
