hi
I've seen them today. are very shy, still a little greyish. the completely golden eye-border is different to other lineolata-specimen which have gold-darkbrown/black combinations.
I would say farid's have lovelier eyes!
the other golden spots ...
remembered some pictures taken of s. elongata when ariving. a black V with golden spot. gone by now as they are feeling at ease ...
for a slide show I once tried to show the effect of the structural golden colour in lineolata by taking a picture in the dark: the golden structural colour is still visible (one issue out of that: what's that in aid of? cloudy water during big rainy season and communication between specimen?). it's still easy to see: that's a dominant male with large blotches. and it has this golden spot on the head!
of course I would like to see albisurea at first hand ...
cheers charles
