Hello Everyone,

I live in the Damascus, MD area (30 miles NW of Washington DC) I am looking to find a home for my lovely loaches and other assorted fish. I have to move with very little notice and I no longer have the time and energy to care for my fish as they deserve to be cared for. Is there anyone in the local area who would be interested in

4 Yoyos (large)
4 kubotai (1 large 3 small)
5 P.oblonga (full sized)
1 B.striata (full grown)

as well as
2 bristle nosed plecs
a dozen or so guppies

Any Help would be greatly appreciated. I want these guys to go to a good home where they will be lovingly cared for. I am willing to part these guys off to different homes if necessary.

Thanks,
~Rae

Is anyone near enough and willing to give these guys a new home? I would put out a craiglist ad but I fear that they won't get the care and attention they need.

If you have trouble finding someone, you might want to check with the Potomac Valley Aquarium Society. Its an aquarium club in the DC area that might be able to find homes for your fish.

that breaks my heart,
...I would DIE to give up my fish, though I can totally understand the situation.

Wish I live closer (though you may want a more e xperiende loach-meister for your babies!)

who knows what the future holds....

Well... looks like I won't have to get rid of my Loach babies! What I am going to do is give my guppies to my sister, who I turned into a crazy-guppy lady before I became a loachaholic, so I can condense my fish into one tank. Woot! I love it when a plan works out.
