to me, it looks most like homaloptera stephensoni, but it could be one of the other variegated elongate

The nearest would be Balitori Brucei

It is from Pasighat area of Arunachal Pradesh,India .
Possibly B.Brucei

Balitora brucei was my first instinct guess when I saw it.
