Kuhli meyersi gravid?

Any tips on how to tell if a female Kuhli meyersi is gravid? :D

Hi Wendy, usually with Kuhli's the female will get plump and you will see a gree colouration to her abdomen area

Hi Matt great pictures. Sorry for your loss.Have you speculated why she died? My three Kuhlis have been very active.Intertwining themselves together and such almost as though they are inseperable. I still dont know if she is gravid thanks for the info it lets me know more things to look for.

yep it looks like eggs are in her still not sure.All three Kuhli have grown considerably in the last couple of weeks.They must be eating the black worms.

Several of my pangios & similar become gravid but no fry. They seem to stay fat & greenish indefinately. But good luck, there's always the next time...& check your filter for tiny fry!
