That is not my Loach, mine is the Dojo Weather Loach to the right
The following weekend in Hamilton Ontario Canada, another Show:
Yes ! once again a Loach is awarded "Best in Show"
and this time it is my Loach, a beautiful Orange Fin Blue Botia

Most of the fish in the show were not mine, but many in the links to my photo albums were mine

Thanks
Best in Show got a $100 gift card from Big Al's Aquarium Services, and other class winners got at least $20 in cash, so that more than covered my purchases in the auction

Well, this past Sunday, my home club had their annual Show and Auction called Oktoberfish ( yeah, heavy German heritage in this area

we have the largest Oktoberfest outside of Munich )
Here is my Clown Loach and Histrionica, they finished 1 and 2 in the Loaches class, but my Clown Loach did not win best in show, that was awarded to a Tiger Pleco shown by another member of my club.
Oh well, I will try again next year. I have about 7 other species of Loaches but I did not have enough time to catch any of them this time around

That is a beautiful with really lovely colors. THanks for sharing these amazing pictures. I love that Oktoberfish!
(I was pretty thrilled a friend of the family brought me an Oktoberfest sweatshirt from Germany this year.)

Thanks, I love all my loaches.
I think that for the next show on Sunday, I will show some smaller loaches, like Striata, Kubotai, Dario and maybe a Kuhli if I can catch one
