loach ID ????

Can someone ID this loach? It is about 4" long.

Looks like a horse of a pangio oblonga, or possibly p. pangia?

brown kuhli. I've kept em before. very hardy.

Looks like a fatty Pangio pangia

Scientific name: Pangio pangia (Hamilton,1822)
Common name: Cinnamon Loach, Cinnamon Kuhli Loach
Maximum size: 6cm (2.5 inches)
This one is about 4" long

Its Pangio sp for sure.
The size information might not always be accurate.
example - Nemacheilus anguilla - its given that the max size is 2". I have 3 which are longer than that. Maybe I will see for a year more on how much they grow and then suggest that information to be updated.
Probably such information depends on general size thats seen in fishes available commercially.

Some of my Pangio Kuhlies and P. oblangas have gotten pretty big. THey are wonderful fish. If you got one, make sure you get more. T hey are not only fish.
