Interesting hillstream article in TFH

Post by Jim Powers » Wed Jan 19, 2011 8:21 pm

The Feb. 2011 TFH has a nice article by Stan Sung about Protomyzon pachychilus or the Panda loach.
Its a gorgeous little hillstream that would be a great fish for those of us who are crazy about such things.
Check it out if you get a chance.
There is another article in the issue about the New Zealand torrentfish, Cheimarrichthys fosteri. This is a very interesting hillstream loach like fish that is unfortunatly not in the hobby. It would make a great addition to a hillstream river tank, though.
