Unidentified loach?

Hi everyone, the other day, I bought a "Yoyo Loach". I then went to Wikepedia to look up about it, but strangely it doesn't look anything like it! We are a bit worried if it is one that grows big.
Here is the species:
I don't think that it looks like a Yoyo loach
We had the same situation with a Plec, we ended up having to give it back to the shop....
If you know, please identify this, it may overtake our tank!
Thanks,
Hamish and Hugh.

Hi, thanks for the replies.
The thing that we are wondering is in the pet shop where we got it, it was like this.
He has been swimming happily since we had him, no signs of being ill.....
If he is ill please could you inform us what it could be..
Thanks,
Hamish and Hugh.

Oh I thought he looked quite good~ he's a nice size! I wonder if Artem might have been talking about the look of the water. The photo has a bit of a haze and a brownish tint to it, which gives the water a bit of a dirty look. Usually if my tank water looks like that something has stopped up the filter, or I forgot to do a water change or
something is not quite right. But water can look strange in photographs - it does some pretty unique things with light, and photos can't be relied on.
I am looking at your new fish and I agree, he is definitely a Botia kubotai (and he won't get nearly as big and fat as that clown in the top of the pic!). Here's a link to our species profile for your "kub." 'Says they max out at 5 inches.

The water is very clear!
I had to have a light shining on it just to get a good quality picture, thanks for the advice!
Haha, that clown loach is a fatty!
Thanks,
