I have a 160 litre freshwater tank 42 gallons with 1 botia histrionica and 3 botia kubotai. I am thinking on adding 2 more botia histrionica would that work and can I add more off each loach

Welcome to the forum and for your questions.
Here are some links that may help you. Your tank is really too small for what you have now. Both fish can get up to 5 inches.

I would keep just one species, not 2 of fish that get that big.
If this tank has a large footprint, it is long or wide, not very tall, then it may be OK for that size fish, but not 6 and assorted species. Maybe 3-4, and only one species.
I have a 40 (American) gallon 'breeder' tank that is 3' (just under 1meter) by 15" (a little under .4 meter) but I just have Kuhlie Loaches in it. (and other small fish, nothing over 3" or 8cm except the Kuhlies)
I have kubs in my 4' long tank (1.2 meters) by 16" (still under .4m)
