aka the suicide fish.

it jumped out of the q-tank once, the big tank once, and hit the lid of the q-tank on a number of occasions. 's'a pretty docile fish now, but the state of its spine is quite astonishing...

not a very goos picture I'm afraid, it was far too deep into the tank for that. but you can see the S-bends!

yes, the kinks are always there. I think they're actually getting more pronounced. The curve (arc?) from front to back is just the way he's lying, though; he can lie in a straight though very zigzagged line, if you see waht I mean.
