i know that i have hard, low pH water (well tests)..i did a test just now and here it is, tell me if all is well.
pH: 6.0 - 6.2
Ammonia: 0
NitrIte: 0
GH: 80
KH: 40
my test kit didnt come with a nitrAte tester, should i go buy one?

Doesn't seem particularly hard to me. you only have like four degrees of gH and 2 degrees of kH there...
If you were planning on keeping loaches, that water's great.
I would suggest you buy a KH booster of some sort and follow the instructions on the bottle. You want a KH of atleast 5 to avoid pH swings.
KH booster won't cost you much. There's lots. KENT DKH, Hagen "PH STABILIZER", seachem acid buffer... etc etc etc.
As per the nitrate kit its optional. If you do really frequent water changes you likely wont have high nitrates but it never hurts to know. If you have the means buy it I say.
