tank decision

Post by kaz » Fri Jan 05, 2007 10:07 am

Hey palaeodave

Thanks for your advice on fishtank shopping/searching. I have come to a compromise (due to cost and cash flow availability atm) on size of the tank. I have gone for 112litre tank which i will set up in the house i will be moving to soonish. I will set it up and when i finally move myself in i will sort out my loaches new abode too. Im quite looking forward to it, yey. Any suggestions on new companions for the yoyo's? I have mentioned that i like the striata but having seen the kubotai (sp?) they are gorgeous.

definately a very difficult decision. they are both gorgeous fish, and i wish i had more space to get some kubotai too. i think they get a bit bigger than striata though.

good luck with the house move

I think we all wish we had more money for even bigger tanks, even Emma with her 8'!!

Kubotai's are beautiful aren't they. Up to you really. A group of striata's would be great though, stay a bit smaller too.
