too sticky

Post by newshound » Fri Jan 19, 2007 12:49 pm

could we knock down the number of stickies?
I think new posters gloss over them because of the sheer number of them.
We are getting a "I have ich" topics almost everyday it seems.
Some of the topics could go in the regular site.

Well I just removed the one about the Coppermine site URL change as that's old news. However, the other stuff is there for a purpose. It hopefully catches a few people and gives them information they may require without them needing to post on the forum.

If I had a $ for every post I've seen about Ich in 8 years on LOL

Repetativeness of questions is an inevitability, so anything we can do to reduce that is a benefit.

Martin.
