Help! My clown loach is hiding all the time

Hi everyone Granny Game
I just started keeping clown loaches, but they keep hiding and rarely come out. Is this normal behavior, or could it be a sign of stress or sickness? My tank is 200 liters with good filtration and some driftwood. I feed them sinking pellets and bloodworms.
Any advice or similar experiences would be really appreciated!
