As you know i got 4 new Zebra Loaches, they have settled in ok. Only prob i have is the largest of the bunch is quite aggressive to the others and chases them and wont often let them in his fav cave, theres plenty of other places and next week i am getting another as they have more stock in. Im hopeing once hes established his dominance it will calm down a bit.

Ive put some more better pics up. there real cute and are out and about all the time. BUT they didnt seem interested in the live bloodworm! They ate about 3 but thats it!! Odd. Mind you my clowns were like it at 1st so maybe they have never seen live bloodworm.

i just came back from wallMart and saw 2 b.striata (zebra) ... I was tempted to buy them but the conditions they live in are horrible and there's nobody around to get them for me.

they should have a 'catch it yourself' policy. it'll be so much faster.

Actually, when I got my three little 4 stripey guys, I had to catch them myself. Rummaged around in the cabinet for a net and a hang on tank, found a list with computer code numbers for the fish inside the cabinet, caught my three, bagged them, wrote the number on the bag and brought them to the jewelry counter to pay for them.

No one made a peep.

I ended up buying 7 of them at walmart...they thought they were algae eaters and couldn't find a picture to match the fish, so I got them for $1.86 each..lol

Blimy! Thats bad. I know in one place here where ive got fish from it takes ages to find someone. It took them half hour and they still couldnt catch the plec so i said just dont bothe as its so stressed now.
Just to let you know anyway there now scoffing the live food. ne decided to try it, the others saw him and bam they were all like little pigs and now they have fat little bellies! So im very happy.
