Loaches Online Forum

My loach, who was healthy up until a week or so ago, is losing weight and is getting skinny. It is still active and appears to be eating but I notice that when he's eating flakes or shrimp the food sometimes comes out of his gills and it looks like he's struggling to get it down. the other loach just chomps it down. I've only had the loaches for less than two months but I've come to love them.

I've googled the symptoms but I want to hear from one of you before I decide course of action.

Thanks for the link. Shari talks about levamisole. I'm in Canada, where do I get it? My loach does not look anything like those pics, but he is getting skinny. Very worried.
