I don't know if my eyes are deceiving me but it seems my dojo has grown at least an inch in the short time I've had him. I know certain species grow to large sizes very slowly, and some grow very large at a faster rate that decreases in speed over time. Despite reading and trying to research I couldn't find much about the dojo.
I'm also having a terribly difficult time finding any companions, as I wanted to have three in my 75 gallon tank. i'm afraid by the time I do find some, he will have continued to grow, and these will be very small. Would it still be ok to add them if he has a visible, larger size difference.
(I think he is a he, I read that the pectorals are pointed on a male, and his are so pointed he stands on them while resting on the gravel.)
I feed algae wafers, freeze dried gamerus, chopped salad shrimp, betta pellets, and just recently bought frozen brine shrimp. I also added several ghost shrimp to my community, knowing someone would eat them. He attacked the first to cross his path. Is it safe to let him or is it ok to buy more in the future as live feeders for him.

don't worry about a size difference when adding more dojos, it won;t be a problem. loaches can and do grow fast, and weather loaches aren't aggressive.
I've got no idea about using ghost shrimp as feeders, it seems a relatively expensive way of feeding your fish to me!
other than that, feeding sounds fine. mine like veggies as well.
what other fish have you got in there?
