Pectoral Fins have Bloody Streaks

My weather loach has bloody streaks in his pectoral fins and has seemed extremely lazy over the last few days. i have treated him with a half dose of tetramedica general tonic but he still hasnt moved very much, my other loach is fine and seems to have bags of energy, what else can i do?[/b]

bloody streaks in the fins is an indication of septicemia (blood poisioning)

what are your water parameters?
Current loaches owned
Chromobotia macracanthus, Syncrossus berdmorei, Botia rostrata, Botia histronica, Yasuhikotakia modesta, Yasuhikotakia morleti.

yeah, what he said..
do a 50% water change. It's due to bad water conditions.
It can be cured with anti-biotics.
