More Loaches??

I have a 75 gallon tank. 13 neons, 6 serpaes, 1 algae eater and my 2 favorite clown loaches. Can I add any other loaches, or do I have enough fish in my tank.

For a while. How big are your existing clowns? As long as you can be prepared in the next couple of years to get a larger tank you could add a few more for sure.

Just a little Chinese Algae Eater. My Chromobotia Marancanthus' (someone used that on this post, and it does seem much more sophisticated to use the proper name 
) are now about six to eight inches long. One is much "denser" than the other. AND, I just broke the news to my husband that I would like to add more CM's and get a bigger tank and he didn't say no! So, I'm thinking that maybe within the next year or so, I could get a 125 or 150 gallon.

yep, do get some more clowns. And use a qtank to observe for a while so that you don't cause any problems for your big guys. That would be so sad...

Excellent!!! Thanks to everyone. Sheri, how long should I quarantine. I have an empty 20 gallon setup - do I have to cycle before I use it as a quarantine tank? I've never quarantined before - I bought all of my fish at the same time almost two years ago and I haven't added any since.

Set it up with a bit of filter media from your established tank and some substrate (if it won't mess up your main tank too much) and you should eliminate most of the cycling issues.
You can add some decor or not depending on your preference. I prefer something easy to remove, like a rock condo or a piece of bogwood so when time comes to remove the fish it's not a total nightmare. But imo bare tanks are stressful to new fish.
I'd let it run with fish for about a month since sometimes things that are problematic don't surface right away. (like skinny disease) Also gives them a nice period to adapt to your water/maintenance routine.
Meanwhile try to locate some levamisole in case since once you realize you need it the wait for it can be too long.

Is skinny disease common? It sounds awful. Also, levisomole (?sp) - that's a med?
