Clowns Feeding(All of them)

Post by LoachOrgy » Wed Mar 14, 2007 10:46 am

I don't often catch all of my clowns out at once. Since the time change I have been up earlier and they have been doing what they always do. I just don't normally wake up that early to catch all of them out at once. For the last 3 days they have been out and about. Recently they are allowing me to get right up to them without running away...Cool! :D

 Very cool! You appear to have changed your gravel...maybe its just me. I find it very interesting to see them all run away when the "boss"comes :) . What were you feeding them?

well no the gravel is still the same. with the new tank I am going with something more natural. i believe it looks different because of the blue moon light. they were eating hikari algae wafers and sinking shrimp pellets. also i feed them spectra +a antiparasitic sinking pellets. it has a picture of a clown loach on the container. they really love the spectra pellets the best bc they have to dig to get to them.

They're really cute & chubby!
Do you feed them those big chunky wafers or do you break them apart for them?
I've been wanting to buy algae wafers but I think they're too big for my 2-inch clowns.
