I have six small clowns in a 75 gal. Lots of cover and hideouts.
One won't seem to relax? and keeps doing circles... solidly, for hours gone to weeks now.
The rest seem happy and content.
Are clown loaches happyest in odd numbered schools?
Any help is appreaciated

As long as the loach doesn't seem to be stressed (breathing rapidly, etc.) it sounds like a typical botia spaz. Maybe he was a nascar driver in a former life?

Hee hee!

My golden kuhli once spent an entire night doing figure eights around the front of the tank, and my yoyo once got into a bloody and dramatic fight with his reflection. He beat up the glass so hard I could hear his clicks from across the room.

I wouldn't worry about your clown, he'll probably stop. I don't think clowns know or care whether or not they are in an even or odd-nembered school.

I've never heard of one of these....I don't think. Have you got any pictures?

Icewing, post some pictures of your loaches too! :D
