The mayhem that's created when feeding Hikari Sinking Carnivour Pellets.
A bit of Pink Floyd for mood..............

LOVE the lighting on that tank, Martin

Being able to watch the fish swim through it is wonderful.
I gotta say....Pink Floyd (at least that song) was a little too mellow for the antics

I'm going to wait till it's dark tonight and take a video with them eating Hikari Algae Wafers. The lighting will be more visible then and their antics are usually entertaining. Lots of clicking and posturing at one another
Martin.

Here's some after dark vids. Unfortunately, they appear much darker than in reality, but they do show the bright pools of light, dark shadows and lovely rippling light effect due to the 12V Halogen lights. I think the tank is infinitely more attractive than it ever was with flourescents.
The fish are all hunting around for Hikari Algae Wafers. If I feed them as first meal of the day, the Clown's clicking is very intense. Here you see the Czech bred
histrionica, the 3
kubotai and the lone re-homed
dario all interacting, plus some
Corydoras aneus (most of which were bred in the tank), the two surviving Tiger Barbs and a female
Puntius arulius.
This one has a couple of hiccups, but shows some of the Clowns.
Hope you enjoy
Martin.
