Think this one might be male.

It's smaller and slimmer than this one which has less obvious tubercules.

Lovely fish Martin.

Do these guys get fences on the pectoral fins like the Sewellia? I think i can see some raised ridges on your picture of the male. I'm curious as i think i can see similar fences on my Annamia normani which do look so similar...

I took a few more pics Les, but can't obviously see any "fences". This is the clearest pic. The fish is around 5" from the camera.
