hi everyone.
i'm very concerned about few of my loaches.
i had 4 clown loaches, 3 red finned loaches, 4 khuli loaches, and 4 dojos. in a 125 Gl tank.
lets start with the dojos, dojos supposed to be in a fish tank with no heater, i had them with some of my gold fish in a 30 gl, but they looked always tired , one day i wanted to clean the 30 gal, so i temporarly put them in the 125, and for few hours they seemed liking the heated tank better, so i left them there. since then i didn't notice any problems with them.
the 2nd thing is ,few weeks ago i went to walmart (fish killer) their tanks were full of algea, and i saw 3 tiny clown loaches, not even 1 inch, they had ich all over them. i decided to save them. so i bought them, once back home i put them in a 10 gal, treated them for couple of weeks, they all survived, then i decided to add them to my 125.
2 of them fitted right away with their new clown friends, they got big, they almsot doubled in size, but 1 seems doing ok, but like to "cuddle" with the dojos and khulis, i see him eating, but his size didn't change at all, last night i noticed his color changing from a nice orange to a pale yellowish , and looked tired, and for the 1st time he eat for my hand, but he lookes really tired, my questin is is there somthing like 1 fish not fitting with the group and likes to hang out with other kind of fish??
it's just seems that my loaches are getting crazy, my alpha clown, has his clown followers plus 2 red finned that like to be with the clowns rather than their own kind.
i'm just getting very confused, and a little worried about my tiny clown, specially that now he's the smallest one i have.

A few thoughts and notes.

First off: I have clowns, dojos, and angelicus in my tank-and they seem to relate and play not just with their own particular kind. So I'm not sure how big of a problem you have there.

As for your temp., you did not mention where you keep your temp. But if you are going to keep clowns and dojos, you may want to research the temps recommended for each and come up with your own decision where to keep your tank. That is, do the best you can by going lower on the range for the clowns and to the high end for dojos. Obviously, the best idea woud be not to keep them in the same tank, but if they are going to stay in the same tank....

As for the color change, I'll defer to the experts.

thank you for your answer, but after i posted the topic, i went out, by the time i came back the little one was dead. i tested the water everything was fine.

Pale yellow color seems to be an indication of internal parasites in some cases. I've had one like this (cured and color-corrected by a dewormer) and a similar case has been reported by someone in Australia.

Insufficient growth, and tired appearance are of course also linked to internal parasites.

It is a good idea to prevent this type of scenario by deworming ALL loaches.

thank you, but i think it's too late to save a 2nd loach,
as soon as i saw it i had took 2 videos so you can see how it was behaving, i'm sorry the quality isn't good, coz i just used my webcam instead of a digital camera

i tested the water again, and everything is perfect
