Congrats :D

I was just as excited when I got my first. I've learned that the more hidey holes, the more you will see them. Give them a week or so to get comfy, also.

Can't wait to see some pics :)

I like to keep a combination of gravel and sand in the kuhli tanks. It's fun watching them push the sand out thru their gills. Some of the pictures I've taken amaze me at the distance that the sand actually travels - almost 2/3's the length of their body

I have two 5 yr old black kuhlis (Pangio oblonga) that come out all the time. I picked up 4 more a week and a half ago and they are already adjusting to the QT. I can usually see all 4 within minutes of feeding.

I am setting up a species only tank for all of mine and it will have caves and hiding spots as well as planted areas. Good food and proper maintenance will bring your Pangios out during the day.

Congratulations and Good Luck! 8)

How long have you had this setup with the puffers? I have never heard of anyone sucessfully keeping dwarf puffers in anything but a species tank. It seems they nip fins of others, and unless you have 5 gallons per puffer and only one male, they fight amongst themselves for territory. I've heard of them tearing up fish much larger than themselves. Have you had any of these types of troubles with them?

Sorry if I'm getting too off topic here. I just noticed your sig for your kuhli tank.
