Looks like a Beaufortia kweichowensis

That's definately a beaufortia.
I see it says it can be kept with goldfish.

Yeah, it's the generic photo of one that's been all over the Internet for years......like since at least when Don Kuhns wrote his article for LOL in the late 90's.
