Aborichthys elongatus - minutes

Just wanted to show some pictures of my Aborichthys elongatus hanging out in the large Echinodorus. The Kuhlis were hiding there more often, but most likely did not like the fact that the leaves get cut back regularily...
Typically the lonesome Aborichthys (still looking out for some more) was digging holes under flat stones, he had a time of hiding a lot. Now he is not so busy anymore with digging-seems to like his hole.
He was going after the clown´s barbels a while ago. Looked almost like he wanted to do the snout-pulling-game with them...but learned his lesson fast
Longer time ago, I watched him sneak up on kuhlis very carefully from behind and bite their caudal fin looked like he wanted to play...the fin had no damage...

here he is trying to do the "sucker" thing, but kept sliding down the glass, he must be wondering, how the Gobies do it...(sorry did not see the dust on the glass...)

Here after the plant got trimmed, showing how fat he got... is it a boy at all...?

Recent pic

Since the Y. Caudipunctata are in and settled, he´s got one of them to play with, he spends a lot more time outside now. One of the Y.C. tries to catch him and the Aborichthys goes into his cave, when he wants to get chased. I examined the tail more closer, as I was not sure of seeing an infection, due to possible bites of the Y.C. but the recent "more red" and somewhat swollen appearance in front of the caudal seems not based on an injury. I double checked the Y.C. - chasing and turned out to be playing only...
