Gastromyzon Borneensis ?

Aqua-Net is trying to make a user-friendly database of aquarium fishes...
The entry below is particularly interesting:
Gastromyzon Borneensis
This is fascinating: a fish that seems visually similar to what some of the people here keep, comes from Oceania instead of Indochina, and that grows to 4.3" !

At least they succeeded with this:
They have especially developed fins to attach themselves to rocks and flat areas because they naturally inhabit very fast moving rivers and streams, so for them to survive and be happy they need very strong currents from high powered filters, plus they need massive amounts of oxygen.
That is good advice. However, stating that the fish live in the "bottom levels of the aquarium" is a bit far-fetched.
Sadly, Fishbase has devolved to use Google based imaging. If some nut misidentifies a fish on his blog, Fishbase now quotes that sample image. Here's their image of G. borneensis (called on the home site as "Stingray Pleco"):

I posted a comment giving the correct species and origin. At least they got the basic care right.
