I have been thinking of setting up another tank, 75 gallons. Probably in 3-4 months, so i have plenty of time to think about it and raise some funds. What types of loaches should i keep? I really like the Berdemore loach. Can these be kept singly? Any ideas for a stocking theme?

Are you talking about
Syncrossus berdmorei? If so, a Grrr tank will look really nice.

Check Species Index. Like other loaches, they must be kept in groups. Graeme Robson keeps his
Syncrossus species with skunk loaches,
modestas and
schisturas.

In a 75 gallon tank, you might have more fun keeping an assortment of botias; kubotai, striata, and almorhae but then you have those guys already.
How about a grr tank with skunks and yellowfins?
Give them a river tank setup and all that jazz... unless you want something that is not the usual.

i have been thinking of moving all of my clowns to the 75 along with the kubs and striatas. that way i could build up my yoyo and khuli numbers in my other tanks. also, my dad has a red tailed loach, Y. modesta. he wants to give it to me. would it be fine with kubs, clowns and striatas?

I wouldn't do it, but heck some people do.

He only has one. He use to have 2 but this one killed the other one(it was smaller). He had it for about a year now. It hides most of the time and only tries to push the lace synodontis catfish which is 8 in. out of hiding spots. The loach never wins as he is half the size. Otherwise, he seems ok. He keeps it with rasboras and danios. He just thought that it would do better in my loach tank i will set up. Will it be aggressive towards other loaches?

I would guess
yes. It certainly is risky mixing well-known aggressive species with more peaceful ones. I am sure others will disagree with this mix.
