Kuhlii loach Breeding!!!

Well, not mine, at least not yet. I was just reading on here that they deposit their eggs in floating vegetation. This cames as a total surprise to me. I just figured, hey they are bottom feeders, they lay eggs on the bottom. I guess that is not the case. Is it neccesary to have floating plants if you want to breed kuhliis? I have read of reports where peoples kuhliis have breed in their undergravel filter. Then they take it out only to find dozens of kuhlii loaches they never knew they had. Down in the ugf, there are certainly no plants. Would they deposit their eggs on the underside of a leaf or over hanging rock closer to the bottom? Or do the eggs need to be up exposed to the light and air up top? anyone on here ever have theirs breed? Would love to see some pics :D

As far as I know, Pangio kuhlii breeds like other Pangio species do. Look for an article on Pangio oblonga breeding.
