Hi Andor,
Welcome to the forum , and I'm sorry that you are having this problem.
It might help others come up with help for you if you give us some more information, such as ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite levels, water temperature, and amount of water that you changed out. Also, how long has this tank been set up? How often do you do water changes?

Did you treat the water for chlorine/chloramine before you added it? (You probably did, but thought I'd ask to be sure.

)
Are any of the other clowns affected? Do you see any swelling in the abdomen, or protruding of the eyes?
and welcome to the forum.

It sounds like osmotic shock to me. The swim bladder gets screwed up because of the shock from the water change. If the fish survives the shock, he may recover, but usually dropsy symptoms will show up and the fish will, well you know the rest. If a fish does recover from osmotic shock, it may even become stunted, and there will be little growth.
I could be wrong though.
