will sterazin by waterlife treat clown loach skinny disease? and also how long can skinny disease take to rear its ugly head?

i'm not a lover of waterlife products as i think they do to weak a solution, the shops use it but it's double strenght for them but unfortunately unless you have a friend in the trade we can't get it.
skinny disease is a very complex ailment as no one can tell you exactly what it is and what causes it.
so as a single treatment i don't think you can get one.

Hi zippy,

Sterazin definitely does nothing for skinny disease, you are better off sourcing either levamisole hydrochloride (from a fish friendly vet) or flubendazole (sold in the UK as flubenol, and available from some shops or on eBay, usually under the name Wormer Plus).
