Three days ago,I bought four clown loaches to home.I put them into a 10”X10”X10” tank. Then I used tht Methylene Blue to dip them,in order to trear their diseases, for about 45 mins. They still find initially.
However,in yesterday,I found that one of his gill was injured, like the following photo:

Therefore,I used the Bacterioses and Fungi Pinnarum for four of them together, while the other three was OK.
Today, another one keep on open his mouth.Just now,the others was doing this also.Like the following photos:

Hi Wilsonho, welcome to Loaches.

Those are some TINY Clown Loaches!

I am not sure what is going on with the new Clown Loaches, but I do know that very young fish like this cannot tolerate the full dose of many medicines, and some adult Clowns are even dosed at half strength of some things because of sensitivity.

All I can suggest is that you do enough water changes to keep the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate undetectable, and offer them very frequent feedings with a rotation of rich foods and vegetables.

Many thanks to DIANA.
cause I am a chinese, so I wonder someone can understand what I am try to explain.
This is the first time I become a fishkeeper.
I don't know why I love clown loaches.
The first eye I saw CL, I found I fall in love with them.
I know they are not easy to take care.
I swear I will try all my best to keep CL.
In pic one, is it a wound on his gill ?
In pic two and three, is it normal to a CL's mouth like that?
I saw some photos in this forum,

The four CLs seems much better today.
The one who had a wound still not so active.

The gill cover (operculum) does not look normal in the first fish. It looks shorter than it should be. Normally it covers all the gills and you cannot easily see the gills unless you are looking at just the right angle.

Look at more pics here, including one with Clown Loaches yawning. Clowns have very mobile mouths, and can move them around a lot more than some other fish.
Hard to tell in your pics, but it looks like the lower lip is shorter than the upper lip, and the mouth opens toward the bottom of the tank. This is completely correct for these fish.
