Golden Dojo(weather)loaches

I have a 135 Gal stocked with 5 5 inch Dojos, a number of clown and Kuhli loaches as well as Discus, corys, Aust. Rainbows and a few other peaceful species. My Dojos occasionally develope a bumpy skin condition, rapid breathing and don't eat, but the other fish appear fine. I suspect it's the water condition because their skin condition improves after a water change. Are the Dojos more sensitive than my other fish? I now have to change 40 gallons each week.
The temp runs around 82 F , no nitrites, 80- 100ppm nitrates, no ammonia, no copper , Ph around 6.0. Anyone know what may be affecting the Dojos? Thanks.
