Help. Ill Clown Loach 15 years.

Hi all. Really need your help. Our colleague was a trouble - ill Clown Loach. Fish - 15 years. Lives alone in an aquarium of 150 liters. A week ago, suddenly stopped eating and respond. What's with them? On this page, below, photos, sick fish. Thank you all! (Большое спасибо всем!)

The pictures do not load for me.
Is the Clown Loach showing anything like discoloring, or spots or anything else that might be a clue?
Have any tests been done on the water? Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, anything else?
Perhaps some water changes would perk him up.

Thank you for the picture, and the test results.
The lumps in the abdomen and the red gill covers do not look good. I do not know what it is, though.

Diana, thank you. But help is not needed ... already. The clown is dead. It was the fish my friend, and frankly, I think it contained a clown is not in very good conditions.
