My golden Dojo loach which is in a 20 gallon tank is growing well, however today I noticed he has these whitish bumps all over him from head to tail. None of the other fish in the tank seem to have the same issue. Any ideas as to what the issue may be?

It sounds like some sort of fungus. Go to the fish shop and look for treatments. It also might help to take a picture and show the people who work there. They might have a good idea of what it is.
