First time I've ever seen Yasuhikotakai nigrolineata in the flesh. They are pretty nice fish 1.5" too at a good price. Maybe a Big Als near you might get them?
But I'm really kind of hankering after Syncrossus berdmorei for the 120, so I wasn't tempted to buy.
Martin.

Until 2 weeks ago, the last time I saw those on my supplier's fish lists was a couple of years ago. Believe it or not, we still have quite a few left in stock from back then
- nice fish, some are over 3" long now. Having seen them on lists for 2 weeks running now, I expect they will start turning up all over the place soon.

I remember them to be more full bodied than Sidthimunkis. I remember the summer of 98 (I think...) when the whole histeria was happening with sids popping up everywhere, when in reality they were these guys.
They can get quite big..6 inches I believe.
Really nice fish in my opinion. Just as nice as B. sidthimunki.

I saw them a couple years ago & for one heart-stopping moment thought they were sids. They & the first striatas I saw a few weeks later made me realize how out of touch I was & that it was time to get back into fish-keeping. Do they have the same spunky personalities & swim mid-water like sids?
