I have Kuhlies and Oblanga together right now with Eel Kuhlies, and they all seem pretty happy. They also live with a herd of Horse Faced Loaches. They've been together for a minimum of 6 months with no issues.

A more experienced person may know if there is a reason why Kuhlies and Oblanga shouldn't go together.

I have a mix of species - two kuhlii, two oblonga, one myersi, and one we're not sure about. I think the striped ones and the solid ones might be separating into their own groups some of the time, but for the most part, they don't seem to differentiate. I kind of wish I did have all one species, just because I have this fantasy that they might one day spawn. But i think people have generally found that it's fine to mix them.
