Thank you everyone for your great support! :D

The picture in the article that shows my clown loach aquarium was unfortunately edited down so that you only see part of it. In case anyone's interested, here is the full length shot of the tank that I submitted:

Image

That's Marge on the left. 8) You can see why she (and her friends) will need a longer tank in the not too distant future! Sorry that the pic is not all that crisp and there is blur from some of the fish and the bubbles - its just that this tank is very wide and deep and dimly lit, so I had to keep the shutter open on the camera for a lot longer than is usual so that I could get the tank to show up ok in the pic (my full length tank shots normally come out very dark so I don't post them often!).

Tin: I really appreciate your post but still no joy. I have tried the three lines at the office as well as the one at the house, one of which I am certain is ATT and another which I am certain is GTE (or whatever they are called now). The other two lines are on offbreed carriers.

My next attempt at this will be pursuit of a subscription via Hastings which is a regional magazine, DVD, book, etc. chain.

Folks: I am pursuing this very diligently as Emma seems to be gal who is way beyond a guru and if the publishers of this magazine are including her articles then I need to be reading their publications in order to minimize my adventures in fish keeping.

Thanks Emma, looks like Marge has skinny

Keep trying Jones, you might leave the zero in after the 44 or google international calling for further instruction. Seems Texas is more disconnected than I thought

Emma, i bet it's a great article but i'm afraid i won't be reading it, i don't see the point in buying a mag that has been giving crap and infantile info for years.
they have articles written by people that don't even keep the fish they're giving the info on.

sorry
mick
ps, i now subscribe to a well written and informative mag. amazonas.

Tin: I know that the quote was intended humor but your are exactically correct.

Although San Angelo is not typically considered to the boonies in many respects it is.

I have no doubt that your recommendations would have worked beautimously in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio or Houston.

I really appreciate your effort.

BTW: My ignorance is showing here but what in the world is mickthefish talking about in his post?

A picture doesn't do the size of that tank justice. I just look at Marge and divide her size into that tank.

You really have to sit down in front of that tank to appreciate its dimensions - something I am very pleased to have done! Congrats Emma.

Emma, how did you get that picture? Did you glue Marge down and fish out all the other loaches? very impressive!
