Intresting observation..I thought my 2-3" swam a little awckward but never really considered it..lots of side to side action when at a slow pace....hmmmmmhave you found that the kubotai are ungainly swimmers btw?.
i have them at different stages of growth, the small to nealy 4 inch fish swim with great control but the big boys 6+ inch seem to have a laboured swimming action.
