It looks somewhat close in general mouth shape, gill area, position of anus compared with pelvic fin origin, etc, than does an adult
Sewellia. Also, the main muscle groups around the fin bases which are very visible in many Balitorids again look closer in general form. Because of the darkness, you can't do an accurate ray count on the adult pic to compare with the baby pic.
I'm totally willing to be shot down and proved wrong, but I'm still leaning toward them
