Orchid Botia

Post by Mike Ophir » Wed Jun 11, 2008 6:33 pm

Hi all,

Does anyone know what an Orchid Botia is. I found a thread started by Emma a while back that looked kind of like B. histrionica but not really. I am going to take a look at some either tomorrow (Thurs) or Friday. Maybe will pick some up if they are indeed histrionica/rostrata/dario or whatever.

Any thoughts?

I've even seen Homaloptara orthogoniata labelled as that Mike, so I guess you'll have to wait and see what they are.

It would seem that several of my suppliers are now using 'Orchid Botia' as the common name for Botia histrionica.
