There is no way this can be answered.

Given that there are many working drugs around and ich can be cured without drugs, it all comes down to issues of personal preference, your familiarity with the drug, type of the loaches involved, and -- likely -- the water parameters.

What you can do is to add a poll to the thread to see what is preferred by more people, listing the more known meds, salt-only, and make sure to allow for Other. See what happens.

wendy i use Coppersafe by Mardel MUST BE USED AT HALF STRENGTH OR IT WILL KILL YOUR LOACHS I REPEAT USE AT HALF STRENGTH i halve used it on 2 diffrent occations and it worked great and you see imeddate response by your fish
