Tool use?

Would Y.modesta rubbing an octopus chunk on a rough stone to break it into bite-sized/swallow-able chunks be considered tool use?

If it held a tiny stick to pound the crap out of the octopus it would be tool using. But I don't think this is.

Be interesting to know if it's just the one fish that does it, if the other Y. modesta in your tank do it or if other people's Y modesta do it. That would suggest whether it was learned or instinctive behaviour.
