Loach suggestions for a 50gallon tank

Can I ask the experienced loach keepers in here for suggestions of loaches that will do well in a

(a) 50gallon tank with angelfish, hatchetfish, corydoras and otos.

(b) 46gallon tank with black & white skirt tetras, Garra cambodgiensis, and other small community fish.

A group of Botia kubotai would work well in either set up
