The big problem you will run into is that you will need to be careful of losing the good bacteria.

Make sure you do Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate tests everyday.

my good bacteria is replaced each time using CYCLE-for freshwater it instantly matures aquariums for use adding slime coat and all essential bacteria also it adds more nitrifiers while lowering ammonia and nitrates it costs 8 dollars at petco for a bottle that doses 23 water changes

you seriously need to check your water readings EVERY DAY at the moment to protect your fish. keep a very carefull eye open for any rise in ammonia and then nitrite. after such a massive water change, you are likely to get a spike, regardless of what cheap water additive you have added.

Cycle is crap. yes we do know what it is and what it is supposed to do, but it cant make up for such drastic measures.

are the fish moving quickly because they are wanting to escape?

Did you make sure you exactly matched the water parameters when you out them in the fresh water? did you test pH, TDS, kH and gH, as well as temperature?
