Ich: Is Kordon Ich attack made from Organic safe for Clown's
I just saw this medication earlier and was curious if it was safe to use it for Clown Loaches? it say's 100 % Organic.
did it say that I was trying to look for that in the label....must check it again but thanks a lot for the response....my fish does not have ick right now kock on wood but just looking on stuffs for future needs.loachmom wrote:Hello,
I have never used it, but the product info says that it is safe for loaches. I would feel safe to use it on my own fish.
I was going on the info I found on this page. http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewItem~ ... 39446.html
It may not say that on your label. Let's hope you never need to use it, but it's nice to know that there are safe meds for our favorite fish.

I used this for Ich on my two clown loaches and small shoal of tetras and it worked well. I had a low-tech tank so was not adding any nutrients for plants, dosed as per instructions and continued for 4 days after the last sign of infection disappeared (assumed it was better to do it thoroughly once rather than have to stress the fish for a second cycle).
My loaches were young (1.5 years old) small (2-3 inches long) in those days and recovered fully .
I'm having to dose my now high-tech, much bigger, heavily planted tank as the same loaches were red under the gills and the tetras have white spots as of this morning
. I'm hoping for the same results...
