That spot looks a bit too big to be Ich, but it could be.
The spots that I see up and down the picture (not on the fish) look more like what I would say is Ich, if these spots were on a fish.

Look up Lymphocystis and see if that is what that largest spot is.

Keep an eye on it, it might really be Ich.

Are any of the fish flashing? Clamped fins? Other signs of a problem?

I would get started on a few extra water changes, just to be sure the nitrate is as low as possible.

Thank you i thing you are missing the symptoms because of my bad photography, the big spots are because of the flash.
What i mean is the other Ghost cat. i have is clear this one looks clowdy.?
If the other Ghost cat. was right next to this one he would not look milky.
All of the other fish seem fine. I will do a test to sheck the levels.

OK, is the cloudy coloring on the outside of the fish, as if it is a skin infection? Or does it look like it is in the muscles and other internal parts?

It looks internal.
I checked amonia and nitrite
amonia - 0
nitrate - between 0 and .05
and the fish swims/acts normal.
