please help - new to loaches - clown !

Hy

I am from Croatia.

I recently bought a Cayman 60 with fish in it also a clown botia.

I would like to purchase him/her some company. Would like to keep them in a juwel trigon 190 tank. Is it to small for 4-5 clown loaches? There are still small - this one I got is about 8-10cm, the one I intent to buy are 4-5 cm.

In the trigon are now 20 neon tetra 10 guppy 3 ancistrus and 10 cory
Would this be to crowded ?

I'm afraid that the 190 tank would only be a short term home for them. They will soon need a much bigger tank - a minimum of 4'x2'x2' and preferably upwards of 6' long as they mature.

Clown Loaches grow fast in their first year or so, then slow down.
I would suggest a tank not shorter than 10 times the length of the Loach when they are growing so fast.

A baby, just a few cm long is OK in a small tank, but by the time they are 7-8 cm, they would need a meter long tank. You can house quite a few in a tank like this, they are social fish and need the company. They can reach this size in their first year. (I bought some 2-3 cm babies, wormed them, and they grew REALLY fast)
I then moved them into my 6' tank (a little shorter than 2 meters).
